FIRE.AOS provides automated staffing and overtime notification services for fire departments. The service utilizes text messaging via Twilio and data processing via Firebase to identify vacancies and notify eligible personnel based on department-specific rotation and seniority rules.3. SMS and Mobile Messaging
By opting into the FIRE.AOS service, you provide express written consent to receive automated text messages for staffing and manpower purposes.
Opt-In: Users opt-in by providing their mobile number to their department administrator or through our secure web portal.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on department vacancies and overtime needs.
Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP.
